Does CarreiraUSA guarantee a job?
+No serious consultancy guarantees a job, because the final decision always rests with the employer. What we do guarantee is the strongest possible process: application materials built to US standards, thorough interview preparation, and strategic support at every step. How our programs work.
Are the programs in person or online?
+All programs are fully online, which lets us support Brazilians in any US state. Coaching and mock interview sessions are held by video call, and all materials are delivered digitally.
Can I hire individual services without signing up for a program?
+Yes. Our individual services let you hire specific support: resume review, LinkedIn optimization, cover letter writing, or a standalone mock interview. It's ideal if you want to tackle one specific step with the same quality standard as our full programs.
How long does it take to land a job?
+It depends on your background, the seniority of the role, and the market, but most of our PASS clients receive an offer within 3 to 6 months. BUNDLE and individual-service clients are typically ready to apply 4 to 6 weeks after their materials are delivered.
Is support in English or Portuguese?
+All of CarreiraUSA's support is fully in Portuguese. We know that navigating the US market is challenging enough, so you don't have to do it in a second language. We prepare you to communicate in English in the market, but our consulting is always in Portuguese.
How does the PASS program work?
+PASS is our most complete program. It starts with a deep assessment of your situation and goals. Next, we rewrite all of your materials (LinkedIn, resume, cover letter). After that come coaching sessions and mock interviews. And throughout the entire application process, our team supports you at every step until you're hired.
Payment
Investment and terms.
Are installment plans available?
+Yes. The PASS program can be split into up to 12 monthly installments by card. BUNDLE can be split into up to 6. Individual services and START can be paid in full or in up to 3 installments.
Is there a refund policy?
+Yes. We offer a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase for all programs, as long as no consulting session has taken place and no materials have been delivered. Once the service has begun, we apply our prorated refund policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
+We accept international credit cards, debit, and bank transfer. For larger programs like PASS, we offer installment plans. Every payment is processed securely.
