Our story
It started with an absence.
In 2020, Thais Mei, an environmental engineer trained in Brazil, former au pair, waitress, and C-level Executive Assistant at two of Boston's most prominent corporate names, noticed something that made no sense: documented Brazilians in the United States had no specialized support to break into the corporate market.
With more than 1,500 placements and over $20M in negotiated salaries, CarreiraUSA has become the go-to partner for Brazilian professionals building careers in the American corporate world.
